We are a team of engineers, each with over 20 years of experience working for relevant foreign semiconductor equipment OEMs.

Our company team currently includes maintenance capabilities for the full range of Bruker JV X-RAY systems, a maintenance team for Applied Materials' thin film equipment (ENDURA series), and provides installation/decommissioning services for ASML DUV XT series machines. Beyond maintenance, we also offer customers related parts trading and refurbishment, as well as customized semiconductor process equipment solutions.

Our primary clients include TSMC, UMC, Micron, among others.
